After much anticipation, we have finally moved to the new office. I finally have my own space and laptop. Still trying to get used to the changes and be more settled in. The walls are going to be repaint.. we will have a different office. I can’t wait for see more of it..

Yes… yess.. yesss.. I know all eyes are on my team.. I have to achieve my team quarter target by hook or crook.
I shld feel very challenged and motivated by it. But this time, my reaction is a little retarded. I dun feel it yet.
Grow .. I need to grow on the job.. I need to quickly adapt and do the real work.
HIRE is the top top top priority for this quarter. A headcount of 10 in 6 months time is a challenge. I want to achieve it!
